Martin Sweet Pepper (Capsicum annuum)
Early-maturing variety with uniform fruit ripening, reaching harvest in 106–130 days from germination. Recommended for both open ground and greenhouse cultivation. Start seeds indoors in late February and transplant seedlings outdoors in late May for best results.
Plants are bushy medium 2 feet height. The peppers are conical 4-inch long with a slightly oval shape, smooth-skinned, and thick-walled. Fruits are turning from green to yellowish to bright red at full ripeness.
Excellent flavor. Thick flesh makes them versatile for fresh eating, stuffing, roasting, and salads.
