The Bell Pepper, also known as Sweet Pepper, comes in all different colors: green, yellow, red, purple, orange. Well known spice Paprika is usually made from Red Bell Peppers dried and ground into powder.

Health benefits of Pepper include antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits, as well as potential defense against cancer. Bell Peppers are excellent source of vitamins C, A, B, E and the longer fruits are left on the plant to ripen, the more vitamins fruits accumulate.
