All returns must be requested, authorized and cleared with us within 30 days of receipt of the original order.
To request a refund, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing an issue and providing all available information (order number, pictures etc.)
Due to our high standards of seed quality and guaranteed germination, we can only accept Seeds returns and will refund the seed packages purchased within 30 days that have not been opened or damaged.
We will not accept returns and will not issue refunds for the seed packages damaged in shipping. The shipping charges will not be refunded, we apologize in advance.
For live plants returns and refunds:
Should you experience any plant damage during shipping, please report to us within 2 days after you received the package, we will require photos sent to us as confirmation of the damage. Upon reviewing the damage, we may refund you for the cost of plants. The shipping charges will not be refunded, we apologize in advance.
1) Economy Envelope shipped orders (no tracking number) are not refundable due to inability to trace such orders.
We are doing our best to keep Envelope-type shipping available as many of our customers prefer this low-cost shipping option.
So far the "Lost in transit envelope" rate is very low (approximately one in 500 or 0.2%). However if this rate increases in the future, we would have to eliminate the Envelope shipping in favour of other traceable shipping options.
2) If your trackable shipment was not delivered within 30 days of receiving e-mail shipping confirmation, send us email to email@example.com within 60 days of original shipping date. Make sure you provide all relevant details to investigate.
NOTE: we are not responsible for shipments that are reported undelivered after 60 days period.
