55 days. This cucumber was developed by University of Wisconsin, non hybrid and considered Heirloom variety that grows very well in cool Canadian climate. Hardy enough and disease resistant. Grow them on trellis when space is limited - they will produce as well. Good for fresh eating and pickling. Pick when they are not fully ripen for pickling. When fully ripen, cucumber's skin turns yellow and fruits grow big up to 8" long with round sides. They are very juicy and crispy when ripen - excellent for fresh eating and salads. You will never have enough of those !
Interesting that we found with this variety - fruits never got bitter taste, like they do with other varieties we tried. And for that reason Wisconsin Cucumbers are our favorites.
