Canadian Virginia Tobacco seeds (Nicotiana tabacum)

A highly productive and reliable variety, Canadian Virginia tobacco is especially well-suited to northern climates and performs beautifully in Canadian growing conditions. Plants reach an impressive 200 cm (over 6 ft.) in height, with strong, thick stems and a broad footprint of about 3–4 ft. across.

This variety develops large leaves up to 60 cm long, which are slightly narrower yet longer than Virginia Gold. When cured, the leaves turn a light brown color, producing smooth tobacco that is said to be excellent for cigarette blends.

Got some of your CV seeds last year. Hard to believe such a tiny seed produce such a huge plant in just a few months. They grew 10 feet plus. Beautiful big leaves and lovely flowers. Never had so much fun under $10 before. Produced a billion seeds. Will try them just to see. Starting the new crop soon. Fermenting now. Exciting! Thanks for your high quality seeds and service.

Fast shipping and excellent germination with these so far. These are growing slower and smaller than the Monte Calme Brun and the Virginia Gold.

I ordered Canadian Virginia in the spring delivery was fast the seeds sprouted very well and the plants grew beautifully. The hummingbirds loved all the blossom.
